Canada delivery

We deliver within Canada only. Orders are dispatched from our Calgary stock. Our jewellery is sourced from Pakistan and stocked in Canada before dispatch.

Shipping rates

• C$12.95 standard shipping for orders below C$125.
• Free standard shipping for orders of C$125 or more.

The threshold is based on merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Rates are in Canadian dollars; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Allow 1–2 business days to prepare your order. Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–7 business days for most Canadian destinations and 7–14 business days for remote areas. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; carrier disruptions and peak periods may cause delays.

Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. Please check your delivery address before placing an order and contact us promptly for corrections. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery help

If tracking is delayed, an order is missing, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact support@zjstores.com with your order number. Keep packaging and photographs of any damage so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
